Due to the perishable nature of floral products, all sales are final. Island of Rose is not obligated to offer refunds except where required by law.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom floral arrangements.

• Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported on the day of delivery.

• In valid cases, Island of Rose may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion.

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind after delivery.
